Medine Mebrum dates, especially grown in Medine and its surroundings, are the preferred delicious and nutritious date variety known as Medine dates in Turkey, and they are often served during Hajj and Umrah visits. Mebrum dates are not too soft but sweet. They have a brownish color, thin skin, and are a tasty and nutritious variety. They are grown in the Al Ula region near Medine.
