Payitaht Hurma-Hallal Medina Date Vinegar is a beneficial and healing product for those who cannot use other vinegars due to its less sour taste, although it is often used like grape and apple vinegars. Vinegar contains a high amount of vitamin C and some minerals.

Medina date fruits are produced through natural fermentation without the addition of any additives. Therefore, especially after opening the cap, sediment, color change, and a transparent layer called “mother” may form on the surface of the vinegar as long as it is exposed to air. These are not signs of spoilage, and the vinegar can be used after straining. This situation indicates that fermentation is continuing and that the vinegar is not pasteurized and filtered.

How to Use: You can use it in all salads and dishes. It is recommended to mix 1-2 teaspoons of date vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of honey, and 1-2 drops of lemon in a glass of warm water for external consumption.
