Date Pollen, also known as male date tree pollen, is produced by male date palms for the purpose of pollinating female date palms. It is recommended to be consumed mixed with honey.

Usage: Mix 1 teaspoon of pollen with 250g of honey and consume in the morning or evening. You can also mix half a teaspoon of pollen with a glass of milk and drink it.
